Around 80 per cent of people suffer from back pain at some point during their lives. Especially women are more prone to back problems, and factors like pregnancy can be blamed.

To get relieved from back pain, here are four effective ways recommended by experts.



According to researchers, vitamin K in broccoli helps in calcium deposit in the bones, making them denser. The stronger the bens are, the lesser are the chances of getting back pain.


Lighten load Lighten load:

Carrying heavy load everyday more than 10 per cent of our body weight is too much. The best way to carry load could be a messenger bag with a long strap that helps us to position the load across our chest. Also switch shoulders every 20 minutes.

Sleep right Sleep right:

According to recent research, people who sleep on softer beds report less lower-back pain than those who slept on harder ones.


Pelvic tilt Tighten your abdomen:

Strong abdomen also helps protect back from injury. Experts recommend doing the core-strengthening pelvic tilt 2 to 3 times a week.

One way could be: lie on your back with knees bent, feet flat on the floor, and lower back flattened. Now try pulling in belly button toward your spine, contracting your abs.
